Delta Holding, a Moroccan industrial group, recorded a consolidated turnover of 599 million dirhams (around 59.9 million dollars) in the first quarter of 2026, an increase of 3% compared to the same period in 2025. A start of the year marked by a generally resilient activity, according to the group’s financial statement on its quarterly indicators.
A controlled investment policy
Investment expenses (CAPEX) amounted to 16 million dirhams (approximately 1.6 million dollars), a stable level year-on-year, reflecting the continuation of a prudent policy.
At the social accounts level, the parent company posted a turnover of 22 million dirhams (approximately 2.2 million dollars), up 10% year-on-year, confirming the dynamics of activities specific to the holding company.
Stable debt and perimeter evolution
The group’s financial debt remained generally stable over the year, with a slight improvement of 1% on a consolidated basis, while the social accounts recorded a 5% increase, a sign of a controlled financial structure.
The consolidation perimeter also evolved with the exit of the subsidiary DHE, a company based in France and owned 51% by Delta Holding. This change has no impact on the consolidated financial statements, as the group had already sold its entire stake in ISOSIGN in 2024, previously indirectly held through DHE.
