Kenya Vision 2030 Delivery Secretariat (VDS)

The Kenya Vision 2030 Delivery Secretariat (VDS) is the government institution responsible for coordinating and monitoring the implementation of Kenya Vision 2030, the country’s long-term national development plan launched in 2008. It aims to transform Kenya into a competitive and prosperous economy, notably through industrialisation, infrastructure development, financial services, trade and other productive sectors. As part of Africa Capital Week 2026, the VDS contributes to this ambition by supporting capital mobilisation and the development of financial markets capable of driving Kenya’s and Africa’s economic transformation.
