The Moroccan start-up Enakl, specialized in sustainable urban mobility solutions, finalized a $2.3 million Seed round in December 2025. This operation comes after an initial $1.4 million pre-Seed funding round closed at the end of 2024, bringing the total amount of funds raised by the company to $3.7 million since its creation. This new funding round aims to support the growth of the start-up.
The capital will notably be used to strengthen the sales teams, deploy the first version of Enakl’s SaaS platform for transport operators and large accounts, as well as test new ridepooling fleet models, in a progressive approach to scaling.
The round is led by Azur Innovation Fund, Witamax, and MFounders, with renewed participation from Catalyst Fund and Digital Africa, confirming investors’ interest in high-impact shared mobility solutions.
Focused on urban congestion, transport accessibility, and decarbonization of home-to-work journeys, Enakl relies on proprietary technology capable of designing, deploying, and managing flexible and optimized shared transport networks in real time.
Founded in 2022, the start-up aims to facilitate access to employment, reduce pressure on urban infrastructure, and accelerate the transition to more sustainable mobility, combining technological innovation and strong operational execution capacity. With this new funding, Enakl intends to consolidate its presence in the Moroccan market, while laying the foundation for regional and international expansion, at a time when shared mobility solutions are gradually emerging as a structural response to the challenges of the cities of tomorrow.
