1️⃣ TOP NEWS FROM AFRICAN FINANCE
1. Pan-African – Airtel Money: According to Reuters citing the Financial Times, Airtel Africa’s mobile money subsidiary is preparing for an IPO in London aiming for a valuation of $8 to $9 billion and raising at least $800 million.
2. BRVM – Sonatel: The group is holding Open Days from September 22 to October 7, focused on informing shareholders about the proposed stock split at a ratio of 1 for 10, with an effective date of October 26.
3. Mauritius – Compagnie Immobilière Limitée (CIL): The group is set to repurchase 3,748,233 shares accepted in its offer on September 23, for 78.713 million MUR, before their cancellation. Trading suspension is announced on September 24 and DEM withdrawal at the close of September 25.

🏦 BRVM – UEMOA: The BRVM Composite closed at 535.90 points (-1.61%) and the BRVM 30 at 259.68 points (-1.57%). The session traded 1,080,530 shares for 3.208 billion FCFA.
🏦 BVMAC – CEMAC: The BVMAC All Share ended at 1,145.46 points (-0.06%). Trades reached 13,389 shares for 87.162 million FCFA in 12 transactions, including 13,333 EOG 6.25% NET 2022-2028 bonds for 84.491 million FCFA.
🏦 Casablanca Stock Exchange – Morocco: The MASI gained 0.48% to 18,076.72 points. Total volume was 219.92 million MAD and market capitalization at 1,066.07 billion MAD.
🏦 Tunis Stock Exchange – Tunisia: The Tunindex declined by 1.18% to 18,651.27 points and the Tunindex20 by 1.14% to 8,151.75 points. Three block transactions involved 1.5 million Smart Tunisia shares at 33.500 TND, totaling 50.2 million TND.
