Le Président du Groupe de la Banque Africaine de Développement, Dr. Akinwumi A. Adesina, a effectué une visite au siège de la BADEA à Khartoum, mardi 28 février 2017, en marge de sa tournée en République du Soudan.
A cette occasion, un mémorandum d’entente a été signé entre les deux institutions par Sidi Ould Tah, Directeur général de la BADEA et Akinwimi Adesina, président du groupe de la BAD.
Ce mémorandum est de nature à renforcer la coopération technique entre les deux sœur institutions, en particulier les secteurs aussi vitaux que, l’infrastructure, l’agriculture, l’eau et assainissement, le secteur privé, l’environnement et le développement humain.
Les deux dirigeants ont mis l’accent sur l’importance que revêt la mise en place d’un partenariat pour atteindre les objectifs de développement durable en Afrique et promouvoir la solidarité arabo-africaine.
