An exchange and training seminar for a harmonized practice of Pension Liability Management as well as the implementation of Supplementary Company Retirement.

Since January 2018, companies subject to the OHADA general chart of accounts have been required to value their long-term social liabilities (retirement commitments and similar benefits) by applying an Actuarial Method, and to recognize the associated amounts on the balance sheet (title VIII-chapter 21 of the revised SYSCOHADA, whose provisions are inspired by IFRS-IAS 19).
