Moroccan insurer AtlantaSanad Assurance recorded sustained growth in its activity in 2025, with a 15% increase in turnover compared to the previous year. According to the company, this performance reflects both the commercial dynamism of its networks and the effectiveness of the strategic directions implemented during the year.
In detail, the Life insurance activity saw a strong increase of 43%, driven in particular by the new strategic partnership concluded with Crédit du Maroc as well as the contribution of historical partners, including CIH Bank.
On the other hand, the Non-Life insurance activity showed a more moderate increase of 6.3%, supported by the good performance of the exclusive network and the growth of the brokerage segment.
This evolution is part of the group’s diversification strategy and contributes to a gradual rebalancing of its portfolio, with a strengthening of the weight of Life insurance, which now represents 29.5% of activities, while maintaining a solid base in Non-Life branches.
At the end of the 2025 fiscal year, the net profit amounted to 466 million dirhams (approximately 46.6 million dollars), representing a 2.2% increase compared to 2024. This performance reflects the solidity of the insurer’s economic model, the growth of its commercial activity, and the positive contribution of financial income.
The consolidated net profit follows the same trend, recording a 3.3% increase to nearly 468 million dirhams (46.8 million dollars).
Furthermore, the Board of Directors decided to propose to the Ordinary General Assembly the distribution of a dividend of 5.90 per share (0.59 dollars).
