Amadou Thiam, Senior Regional Manager – North, West, and Central Africa at Shelter Afrique Development Bank, participated in the 7th edition of the Financial Afrik Awards as a panelist during the session dedicated to the theme “Public-Private Partnerships (PPPs) as an alternative to public debt”.
