It is announced, among other things, the creation of the Gabon-Turkey Business Council aimed at strengthening economic and commercial ties; cooperation in military health, aiming to strengthen human capacities in this strategic area; Turkish financial assistance for the realization of structuring projects in Gabon; and an energy partnership for the development of sustainable energy solutions. The two parties also discussed a cooperation agreement in the field of hydrocarbons, including exploration, production, and investments in gas and oil; a mining cooperation protocol, to promote the exploitation and valorization of natural resources; a complementary agreement in the oil sector, confirming interest in energy investment; and cooperation in education and professional and technical training, to support the development of human capital.
