From October 9 to 12, 2025, Brussels will host the 11th edition of the Rebranding Africa Forum (RAF), dedicated to a future theme: “The challenges of artificial intelligence for Africa”. A subject that places the continent at the heart of major global economic and technological transformations.
The opening will be marked by the President of Cape Verde, José Maria Neves, a supporter of a digital Africa, and Paule Renée Etogo-Ebongué, CEO of RAF, will remind the forum’s mission: to change the narrative about Africa by highlighting its innovation potential.
Another highlight: Dr. Georges A. Donkor, President of the ECOWAS Investment and Development Bank (BIDC), will have a hard talk on investment strategies in AI to accelerate economic transformation.
Among the key figures of this edition: Jacques Bonjawo, President of the African Association for Ethical Artificial Intelligence, Moïse Convolbo (LVMH), Joël Parfait Kuate, tech entrepreneur, Stanislas Zézé (Bloomfield Investment), Pascal Agboyibor (ASAFO & CO), Khady Evelyne Ndiaye (UEMOA), Annelore Isaac (Hub Brussels), and Didier Acouetey (AfricSearch). All will defend the same idea: Africa must carve out its own path in the digital revolution.
The Forum will conclude with masterclasses and the Rebranding Africa Awards Gala, which will honor individuals and institutions committed to an innovative Africa.
