Construit en format lodges privatifs mitoyens, Nouakchott Night a pour sp\u00e9cialit\u00e9s l\u2019\u00e9paule d\u2019agneau servi avec plusieurs garnitures dont ce riz basmati digne de la route de la soie. Le client accueilli chaleureusement dans les lodges se voit offrir le fameux  \u201cZrig\u201dde ma grand-m\u00e8re,  cette boisson mauritanienne \u00e0 base de lait caill\u00e9 \u00e9pur\u00e9 et raffin\u00e9 plusieurs fois par des mains expertes. L\u2019endroit conjuguant la Mauritanie au pluriel propose aussi du jus de bisssap et aussi du gingembre chauff\u00e9 ou frais. Recommand\u00e9 dans les principaux guides touristiques dont \u00ab\u00a0Le Petit Fut\u00e9\u00a0\u00bb, visiblement tomb\u00e9 sur le charme de sa piscine centrale et de l&rsquo;ambiance musicale (en VSD surtout), Nouakchott Night fait des \u00e9mules.  Le concept est reproduit \u00e0 sati\u00e9t\u00e9 selon cet effet moutonnier caract\u00e9ristique des gens du d\u00e9sert.
