Sur la route de Mbour, une station service se dresse \u00e0 gauche avec un restaurant Katia haut perch\u00e9 et qui promet des merveilles aux amateurs de Fast Food.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">&nbsp;Ce jour l\u00e0, oeufs du plat servis trop cuit avec un soup\u00e7on de salade et une&nbsp;&nbsp;tomate en rondelle sans doute aux normes ESG. Pas de ketchup ni moutarde. A la place du jus d\u2019orange press\u00e9, une de ces solutions&nbsp;&nbsp;sucr\u00e9es qui polluent Dakar. Au moment o\u00f9 le chaland allait exiger r\u00e9paration, son oreille balladeuse capte les interrogations narquoises venant de la table voisine. Une senef, s\u00e9n\u00e9galaise de France, s\u2019\u00e9nerve \u00e0 la vue de son plat de poulets : \u201cmais ce sont des pigeons \u201c lance la \u201cbenguiste\u201d alors que son compagnon, ne cesse de se plaindre de la chert\u00e9 du menu : \u201cun coca \u00e0 4 balles, un plat \u00e0 10 euros\u201d.
