Puis dispara\u00eet pour lui donner le temps de faire sa commande sans pression et en toute s\u00e9r\u00e9nit\u00e9 en attendant son compagnon du jour.<\/p>\n<p>Soit dit en passant \u00a0nous avons derni\u00e8rement vu de ces restaurants sur la c\u00f4te dakaroise o\u00f9 le personnel, titularis\u00e9 ou extra, \u00a0d\u00e9courage le chaland \u00e0 force d&rsquo;assaut. \u00a0 Ici, chez Al Kimia, l&rsquo;on se sent vite en confiance entre les bras et l&rsquo;inspiration de mains expertes sans fioritures . \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0La ma\u00eetresse des lieux, anciennement aper\u00e7ue \u00e0 Marrakech, incarne toute l&rsquo;hospitalit\u00e9 et le charme de cette table tr\u00e9s frquent\u00e9e et bien assaisonn\u00e9e (\u00e9pices -musique) . \u00a0Apr\u00e8s l&rsquo;accueil, place au menu. \u00a0Le risotto italien \u00e9tait parfait bien qu&rsquo; \u00e0 portion r\u00e9duite.<\/p>\n<p>Mon convive \u00e9tait visiblement conquis par son thiof royal p\u00each\u00e9 avec les moyens conventionnels et arriv\u00e9 \u00e0 table presque fr\u00e9tillant apr\u00e8s avoir \u00e9chapp\u00e9 aux bateaux russes (NB: ce n&rsquo;est pas le ministre le si bien nomm\u00e9 \u00a0Ali Haidar qui protestera) . \u00a0Nous fond\u00eemes de bonheur sur les jus tropicaux faits maison. Ce jour l\u00e0 de l&rsquo;eau de coco au lait sans trop de sucre et \u00a0qui vient s&rsquo;ajouter \u00e0 la bonne impression d&rsquo;ensemble. \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0Dommage que le th\u00e9 dit s\u00e9n\u00e9galais ainsi que la bouffe africaine ne soientpas de la f\u00eate.
