Rien \u00e0 dire sur le carpaccio de b\u0153uf bien marin\u00e9 et le Saint Pierre \u00e0 la Plancha servi avec un service alerte et souriant qui revisite quelques classiques de l\u2019entre deux guerre. Mention sp\u00e9ciale \u00e0 ce Charlie Chaplin plus vrai que nature dans sa fine moustache, sa canne et son chapeau en noir et blanc. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Le clou de la soir\u00e9e \u00e9tait cependant \u00e0 rechercher sur la sc\u00e8ne \u00e9lev\u00e9e. Les ballets \u00e9taient allong\u00e9s par un d\u00e9cors o\u00f9 la lumi\u00e8re multicolore joue un r\u00f4le de premier plan. Le boudoir est avant tout  un voyage musical ex\u00e9cut\u00e9 par des artistes de talent qui ont su, \u00e0 bien des \u00e9gards, d\u00e9couvrir la m\u00e9diane entre les musiques orientales et les sonorit\u00e9s de l\u2019Am\u00e9rique du si\u00e8cle donn\u00e9. Sans oublier les indispensables d\u2019aujourd\u2019hui , \u00e0 savoir ces musiques nig\u00e9rianes devenues l\u2019hymne d\u2019une g\u00e9n\u00e9ration avide de modernit\u00e9 et de libert\u00e9.
