L\u2019accueil \u00e9tait chaleureux, l\u2019ambiance cosmopolite.\u00a0 Etait pr\u00e9sent ce jour-l\u00e0, des expats, des consultants et des cadres autochtones qui discutaient affaires.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Gr\u00e2ce aux TICS, nos commandes furent enregistr\u00e9es via des tablettes et remises \u00e0 un gar\u00e7on alerte.\u00a0 L\u2019un des comp\u00e8res, reconnaissable \u00e0 son talent d&rsquo;\u00e9ditorialiste et \u00e0 ce l\u00e9gendaire chapeau dandy qui ne quitte plus sa t\u00eate depuis qu\u2019il officie aux destin\u00e9es d\u2019un magazine c\u00e9l\u00e8bre pour le classement des fortunes mondiales et africaines , opta pour le \u201cmachoiron\u201d. Un autre, un de ces africains parisiens, ambassadeur itin\u00e9rant de la culture Mandingue et prince de son \u00e9tat, m\u2019entraina vers la carpe servie noy\u00e9e dans une de ces sauces \u00e9pic\u00e9es dont seul \u00a0le pays de Houpheit Boigny a le secret.\u00a0 Une f\u00eate gastronomique africaine se pr\u00e9parait en perspective pour le plaisir des palais et des papilles.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Avions-nous saliv\u00e9 trop vite? Il a fallu attendre une heure chrono pour voir enfin les commandes arriver.\u00a0\u00a0 Heureusement que l\u2019attente en valait la peine.\u00a0 Le machoiron avait fi\u00e8re allure dans sa garniture de sauce oignon, tomates et d\u2019alloco \u00e0 profusion.\u00a0 Rien \u00e0 dire aussi sur la carpe qui tentait d\u2019\u00e9merger dans une sauce rouge bien piquante, ou encore le gingembre fa\u00e7on grand-p\u00e8re que le gestionnaire de l&rsquo;h\u00f4tel devrait prot\u00e9ger.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Seul regret \u00e0 nourrir, cette longue attente qui t\u00e9moigne d\u2019un certain rel\u00e2chement des standards tant dans les restaurants, les halls que les chambres de l\u2019h\u00f4tel.\u00a0\u00a0 L\u2019\u00e9tablissement qui dispose d\u2019une belle surface fonci\u00e8re, d\u2019un parcours de Golfe, d&rsquo;une piscine en relief \u00a0et de longues promenades, pourrait se targuer d\u2019\u00eatre potentiellement le plus beau d\u2019Abidjan.\u00a0 En cela, cette \u00e9ph\u00e9m\u00e8re r\u00e9publique ressemble \u00e0 certains pays africains au potentiel riche et \u00e0 la r\u00e9alit\u00e9 am\u00e8re.\u00a0 Vivement que la r\u00e9novation promue arrive enfin;\u00a0\u00a0 Osons croire qu\u2019au moins deux des chambres de cet \u00e9tablissement mythique entrassent dans le patrimoine national ivoirien et fassent l\u2019objet d\u2019un int\u00e9r\u00eat sp\u00e9cial pour les visiteurs, \u00e0 l\u2019instar de la chambre de Samb\u00e8ne Ousmane \u00e0 l\u2019h\u00f4tel Azala\u00ef deOuagadougou (incendi\u00e9 lors de la r\u00e9volution d\u2019octobre) ou encore de celle de Habib Bourguiba au Rembrandt de Tanger.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>-Pour le restaurant, compter \u00a045 000 FCFA pour trois personnes<\/p>\n<p>-La Cbambre standard d\u00e9marre \u00e0 80 000 FCFA<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Cet \u00e9tablissement h\u00f4telier qui donne sur la lagune Ebri\u00e9 m\u00e9rite un tout autre sort que celui qui nous est offert en ce mois de novembre 2016.
