Le Westin Cairo Golf Resort &amp; Spa, pos\u00e9 comme un mirage sophistiqu\u00e9 sur les dunes parfaitement appr\u00eat\u00e9es de Katameya, appartient \u00e0 cette seconde cat\u00e9gorie \u2014 celle des adresses o\u00f9 l\u2019on descend autant pour travailler que pour respirer.<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">D\u00e8s l\u2019arriv\u00e9e, la mise en bouche visuelle est soign\u00e9e : un <strong>gazon d\u2019un vert insolent<\/strong>, manucur\u00e9 avec l\u2019attention d\u2019un sommelier s\u00e9lectionnant ses grands crus, puis des piscines \u00e9clatantes de bleu o\u00f9 l\u2019on devine l\u2019\u00e9loge du farniente disciplin\u00e9. Le b\u00e2timent R+1, discret et horizontal, cultive l\u2019art du silence et du confort ma\u00eetris\u00e9 : chambres sup\u00e9rieures baign\u00e9es de lumi\u00e8re, larges baies vitr\u00e9es, literie qui avale les heures de d\u00e9calage, et salles de bains \u00e9quip\u00e9es avec une pr\u00e9cision presque c\u00e9r\u00e9monielle \u2014 vanity kit complet, lotions parfum\u00e9es, shampoings g\u00e9n\u00e9reux, rien n\u2019est laiss\u00e9 au hasard.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">L\u2019on pourrait croire au sans-faute, mais un d\u00e9tail manque \u00e0 l\u2019appel : <strong>pas de machine \u00e0 caf\u00e9 expresso<\/strong> dans la chambre. Une lacune minuscule, certes, mais symbolique. Car pour l\u2019homme d\u2019affaires moderne, l\u2019expresso demeure ce que la boussole fut au marin du XVIII\u1d49 si\u00e8cle : un instrument de survie. Qu\u2019importe, on ne fera pas la fine bouche \u2014 mais on sourit de l\u2019ironie.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">C\u00f4t\u00e9 fourchette, le Westin d\u00e9cline plusieurs registres : <strong>restaurant de poissons<\/strong>, <strong>pub-bar fast-casual<\/strong> calibr\u00e9 pour des discussions nocturnes, et une table internationale qui m\u00e9lange confort m\u00e9diterran\u00e9en et saveurs globales. Le <strong>petit d\u00e9jeuner<\/strong>, abondant comme une table de f\u00eate levantine, d\u00e9roule un buffet o\u00f9 chacun trouve son affaire. Le service, pr\u00e9cis sans \u00eatre pesant, offre cette discr\u00e9tion professionnelle que l\u2019on attend d\u2019un \u00e9tablissement dirig\u00e9 pour ceux qui voyagent avec un agenda charg\u00e9.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Reste un b\u00e9mol : <strong>la distance avec le centre-ville du Caire<\/strong>. Le Westin n\u2019est pas l\u2019h\u00f4tel du touriste press\u00e9, mais plut\u00f4t le <strong>QG naturel des executives<\/strong> qui viennent en \u00c9gypte sceller des accords, recevoir des d\u00e9l\u00e9gations, ou simplement travailler dans un environnement contr\u00f4l\u00e9. Pour les voyageurs loisirs, pr\u00e9voir les d\u00e9placements.
