Ici, la lumi\u00e8re se fait velours, le vent charrie les \u00e9chos d\u2019une \u00e9poque o\u00f9 les dames portaient le wax comme un sceptre et les balcons chantaient sous le poids des saisons. L\u00e0, pr\u00e9cis\u00e9ment, surgit un r\u00eave de verre, de bois et d\u2019\u00e9l\u00e9gance tropicale : <strong>ONOMO ALLURE Saint-Louis<\/strong>. Port\u00e9 par <strong>Fortunes Capital SA<\/strong>, en partenariat avec le <strong>Groupe ONOMO<\/strong>, <strong>ATEPA<\/strong>, et <strong>Synequanone &amp; Partners<\/strong>, le projet a \u00e9t\u00e9 lanc\u00e9 \u00e0 Dakar le 30 avril 2024. Un investissement de <strong>65 milliards de FCFA<\/strong> \u2013 soit <strong>environ 100 millions d\u2019euros<\/strong> \u2013 pour \u00e9crire une nouvelle page dans le grand roman de l\u2019hospitalit\u00e9 africaine. Quatre \u00e9toiles comme autant de promesses, dans un ciel o\u00f9 le Bou El Mogdad siffle encore, rappelant que la m\u00e9moire peut voguer sans amarrer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Plus qu\u2019un h\u00f4tel, <strong>ONOMO ALLURE Saint-Louis<\/strong> se veut un manifeste. Un manifeste pour un <strong>tourisme durable<\/strong>, pour une <strong>architecture sensible<\/strong> \u00e0 l\u2019environnement, pour une <strong>ville repens\u00e9e<\/strong> autour du raffinement et de l\u2019inclusion. D\u2019un trait d\u2019aquarelle, l\u2019architecte <strong>Jerome Michelangeli<\/strong> esquisse des lignes douces et modernes : des villas baln\u00e9aires, des r\u00e9sidences de standing, un centre d\u2019affaires, des espaces de coworking, un centre commercial, des lieux de rencontres et de culture. Le tout dans une symphonie de mat\u00e9riaux biomorphiques, de motifs locaux et d\u2019esth\u00e9tique \u00ab African chic \u00bb.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Le souffle d\u2019un territoire r\u00e9enchant\u00e9<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>L\u2019h\u00f4tel, pr\u00e9vu pour <strong>ouvrir en 2027<\/strong>, ne sera pas seul. Il s\u2019inscrit dans un <strong>complexe urbain plus vaste<\/strong>, pens\u00e9 comme le nouveau c\u0153ur battant de Saint-Louis. Un projet structurant qui g\u00e9n\u00e9rera <strong>1 000 emplois directs<\/strong> et <strong>3 000 emplois indirects<\/strong>, tout en respectant les zones inondables et les rythmes de la nature. \u00ab Nous voulons faire de Saint-Louis la <strong>deuxi\u00e8me capitale \u00e9conomique du S\u00e9n\u00e9gal<\/strong> \u00bb, d\u00e9clare <strong>Cheikh Oumar Sy<\/strong>, directeur de Synequanone &amp; Partners, avec une foi sereine.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Julien Ruggieri<\/strong>, pr\u00e9sident du Groupe ONOMO, rappelle quant \u00e0 lui que Dakar fut le point de d\u00e9part de cette aventure h\u00f4teli\u00e8re panafricaine. Ce projet symbolise le virage premium du groupe sans trahir son essence : \u00eatre une <strong>marque ancr\u00e9e dans le continent, fid\u00e8le \u00e0 ses peuples et \u00e0 ses cultures<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dans l\u2019arri\u00e8re-cour des discours, <strong>les eaux murmurent<\/strong>. Le projet, salu\u00e9 par <strong>Gora Lo<\/strong> du Comit\u00e9 National de Suivi du Contenu Local et <strong>Adama Ndiaye<\/strong> de l\u2019ASPT, entre en r\u00e9sonance avec les ambitions nationales. Il \u00e9pouse la vision \u00ab S\u00e9n\u00e9gal 2050 \u00bb comme une m\u00e9lodie \u00e9pouse sa gamme. Le tourisme devient ici <strong>chant d&rsquo;identit\u00e9<\/strong>, <strong>levier de souverainet\u00e9<\/strong>, <strong>pacte d&rsquo;avenir<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Et tandis que le soleil se couche sur la Langue de Barbarie, que les filets des p\u00eacheurs scintillent d\u2019or et de sel, Saint-Louis s\u2019appr\u00eate \u00e0 \u00e9crire un nouveau chapitre.
