LabelVie Group recorded a turnover of 4.818 billion dirhams in the first quarter of 2026, or approximately $482 million, an increase of 15.9% compared to the same period in 2025. Sales in the large distribution segment amounted to 4.188 billion dirhams, or nearly $419 million, up 15.6% year-on-year. This performance is notably driven by the growth of the 141 stores opened in 2025, which continue to strengthen the group’s territorial coverage and expand its offering across all formats.<\/p>\n

According to the statement, the group had a dynamic start to the year, with a 16.4% growth in the first quarter and the opening of 31 new stores. This progression reflects the continuation of the expansion strategy, the strength of operational fundamentals, and the relevance of the multi-format model in a Moroccan modern distribution market that is still in the structuring and growth phase.<\/p>\n

The group’s investments reached 71 million dirhams, or approximately $7.1 million, during the period. The evolution compared to the first quarter of 2025 is mainly explained by the impact of a securitization operation of 484 million dirhams, or nearly $48.4 million, carried out during the quarter.<\/p>\n

Net debt stood at 4.748 billion dirhams, or approximately $475 million, at the end of March 2026, compared to 4.606 billion dirhams, or nearly $461 million, at the end of December 2025. This evolution reflects the continued deployment of the network and the maintenance of a sustained expansion pace.<\/p>\n

The group is also continuing the execution of its strategic plan Vision 2028, which foresees a continuous growth of its five formats, supported by an expected increase in sales area of approximately 15%. LabelVie anticipates a revenue increase of around 15% and an EBITDA margin close to 9.3%, in line with the set trajectory.<\/p>\n

LabelVie is one of the main players in the large distribution sector in Morocco and presents itself as the leading multi-format group in the country. The group operates brands such as Carrefour, Carrefour Market, Atacadao, and Supeco, with formats ranging from neighborhood supermarkets to hypermarkets for professionals.<\/p>\n
