Wafa Assurance Cameroon has announced the promotion of C\u00e9lestin Njidjou Ngounnoue to the position of Director of Bancassurance and Health Network Development. In his new role, he will be responsible for leading the development strategy of bancassurance and health activities, which are seen as an important growth area for the Cameroonian subsidiary.<\/p>\n

A graduate of the University of Douala and the International Institute of Insurance in Yaound\u00e9 (IIA), C\u00e9lestin Njidjou Ngounnoue began his professional career in 2005. He has over twenty years of experience in the insurance and brokerage sector. Throughout his career, he has held several leadership positions in Cameroonian companies, including at Assurances G\u00e9n\u00e9rales du Cameroun (AGC) and Willis Towers Watson (WTW).<\/p>\n

In 2023, he joined Wafa Assurance Cameroon as Commercial Director in charge of international brokerage, bancassurance, and group partnerships. His appointment to this new position strengthens his role within the company.<\/p>\n

Wafa Assurance is a Moroccan insurance company, a subsidiary of the Attijariwafa Bank group. It offers life and non-life insurance products for individuals and businesses, and is among the leading players in the Moroccan market.<\/p>\n
