“The consolidated profit of the Dari Couspate group, specialized in the production and commercialization of couscous and pasta, recorded a 20% increase at the end of the 2025 fiscal year compared to 2024, announced the leaders of this company based in the Rabat-Sal\u00e9 region, 99 km from Casablanca.”<\/p>\n

“This announcement follows the Board of Directors meeting on March 23, 2026 to review and finalize the social and consolidated accounts of the group for the year 2025.”<\/p>\n

“The consolidated profit amounted to 52.395 million dirhams (5.763 million dollars) compared to 43.66 million dirhams (4.802 million dollars) on December 31, 2024.”<\/p>\n

“As for the consolidated turnover, it stood at 818.399 million dirhams against 858.916 million dirhams in 2024, a decrease of 5%. The company’s leaders attribute this slight decline mainly to ‘a downward price effect related to raw materials’. They also estimate that the 2025 fiscal year saw an increase in sales volume of Dari products.”<\/p>\n

“During the period under review, operating expenses were reduced by 56.965 million dirhams, decreasing from 830.507 million dirhams on December 31, 2024, to 773.542 million dirhams.”<\/p>\n

“The consolidated operating result increased by 4% with a realization of 73.43 million dirhams compared to 70.65 million dirhams in 2024. According to the leaders of the Dari Couspate group, this variation is mainly explained by better control of the main operating expenses leading to a progressive return to normative operating charges.”<\/p>\n

“Dari Couspate intends to continue developing its activities by strengthening its positions in all its markets and improving its operational efficiency,” note the company’s leaders on the prospects for 2026. They add that the group’s management remains fully committed to implementing its strategy of innovation and accelerating its development in Morocco and internationally.”<\/p>\n
