Merlin IV is the fourth fund launched under the Merlin platform, created in 2019. Since its inception, the platform has invested over 2 billion USD in over 60 transactions.<\/p>\n<p>Merlin IV, the fourth fund of the co-investment platform Merlin launched in 2019, focuses on acquiring mid-sized and intermediate companies. The platform invests alongside recognized private equity managers, with commitments often ranging from 25 to 100 million USD per transaction.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Our ability to identify distinctive co-investment opportunities for our clients reflects the confidence and agility we bring as partners to leading private equity managers,&#8221; said Arjun Raghavan, Global CEO of Partners Capital.<\/p>\n<p>Since its launch, the Merlin platform has deployed over 2 billion USD in over 60 transactions.
