This directive highlights the urgency of the challenges to be met and the need for the executive branch to quickly get organized. Robert Beugr\u00e9 Mamb\u00e9, who had already formed a government of 33 members during his first term in October 2023, is now working on composing a team capable of translating the presidential ambitions into concrete actions.<\/p>\n<p>This reappointment follows logically from a journey that began on October 16, 2023, when Mr. Mamb\u00e9 succeeded his predecessor with the dual role of Prime Minister and Minister of Sports and Urban Planning. His first term was marked by rigorous management of public affairs and active coordination of development projects.
