As every year comes to an end, Financial Afrik unveils its list of the 100 personalities who are transforming Africa, a ranking that has become a pan-African reference. The 126th issue of Financial Afrik, available online since December 15th, reflects the diversity of profiles, destinies, and inspirations that all share the transformative impact of creating jobs and prosperity.<\/p>\n

For this edition, the Financial Afrik Awards event will take place on January 22nd and 23rd in The Gambia, at the heart of a regional dynamic full of opportunities and renewed ambitions. The selection process for the FAA winners is based on two complementary levels. First, the patient and rigorous work of the Selection Committee, composed of Financial Afrik journalists and external contributors.<\/p>\n

This is where the essential technical analysis takes place: reviewing achievements, evaluating impactful decisions, appreciating leadership, and effective contribution to the progress of the continent. Then comes the jury, which provides a qualitative perspective, validates the final list, and designates the winners in each category according to specific criteria. This dual approach ensures a demanding, coherent ranking that remains true to Financial Afrik’s mission: to highlight those who are shaping the future of Africa. <\/p>\n

This year, the central theme – “PPP, as an alternative to public debt” – as well as the two major sequences, the “Arab World-Africa” roundtable and the “Invest in Gambia” panel, provide a clear framework for the nominations and discussions led by the jury.<\/p>\n
