The transfer documents were signed in Dakar by Yacouba Sar\u00e9, CEO of Coris Invest Group, and Jean-Philippe Torres, President of Total Marketing Services Africa.<\/p>\n<p>This strategic operation highlights CIG&#8217;s entry into the oil downstream sector, strengthening its presence in a sector previously dominated by international majors. Announced on February 18, 2025 by Mr. Mback\u00e9 Badara (TotalEnergies) to Minister Serge Gnaniodem Poda, this transaction represents a major step in the diversification of the Group&#8217;s strategic investments.<\/p>\n<p>Coris Investment Group, previously well established in insurance and financial services, is now diversifying its activities towards energy.
