Covering an area of 320 m\u00b2, this modern infrastructure fully funded by the bank includes four common rooms, seven individual rooms, a therapeutic education room, as well as consultation, care, and administrative spaces.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The objective is to significantly improve the reception and treatment conditions for patients with chronic diseases, especially diabetes, which is growing rapidly in Niger.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The official ceremony took place on July 25, 2025, under the high patronage of the Minister of Public Health, Population and Social Affairs, Colonel-Major Dr Garba Hakimi, in the presence of many authorities including the Delegate Administrator of the city of Niamey, Colonel Boubacar Soumana Garank\u00e9, and Mrs. Ango Nana Aissa, General Manager of BIA Niger.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">&#8220;<em>As a socially responsible company, we place health at the heart of our civic engagement. This project marks a key milestone in our partnership with the Amirou Boubacar Diallo hospital, and other initiatives will further strengthen this collective dynamic for the benefit of the populations<\/em>,&#8221; said Mrs. Ango Nana Aissa, General Manager of BIA Niger.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">This project is part of BIA Niger&#8217;s CSR strategy and reflects the values of proximity and citizenship, promoted by the BCP Group on a continental scale.
