This decline is mainly due to the decrease in prices of several basic food items.<\/p>\n<p>Meat and poultry prices dropped by 3.8%, while vegetable prices decreased by 1.0%. These declines helped offset the slight increases recorded in other categories: cereals and bread +0.3%, fish and seafood +1.1%, dairy products, cheese and eggs +0.1%, oils and fats +0.2%, fruits +0.5%, sugar and derivatives +0.4%, non-alcoholic beverages (water, sodas, juices) +0.7%.<\/p>\n<p>At the same time, several non-food goods and services also saw increases: textiles +1.2%, clothing: +0.6%, shoes +1.1%, actual housing rents +1.0%, electricity, gas and fuels +2.2%.<\/p>\n<p>On an annual basis, meat and poultry prices decreased by 2.1% compared to June 2024.
