The economic environment and infrastructure investments make it an attractive destination for business and leisure travelers,&#8221; said Haitham Mattar, MD of IHG Hotels &#038; Resorts for the IMEA region.<\/p>\n<p>This initiative marks Valor&#8217;s entry into the West African market, strengthening its presence on the continent, already active in Central, Eastern, and Southern Africa.<\/p>\n<p>With this development, IHG strengthens its African portfolio, which currently includes 12 Holiday Inn properties.
