An ambitious, ongoing dynamic, driven by the vision of&nbsp; a more united, more agile AGL Congo, serving collective performance: \u2018<strong>For a stronger AGL&nbsp; Congo\u2019.&nbsp;<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>It began with a series of structured team-building sessions that grouped managers, operational&nbsp; staff and support functions into 3 groups. Accompanied by a diagnostic quiz sent out to all&nbsp; staff, which evaluated a series of specific points: the working environment, internal&nbsp; communication, management, cohesion within teams, the perception of the corporate culture&nbsp; and the promotion of employee performance.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>These groups will constitute the heart of a <strong>Task Force <\/strong>charged with bringing this&nbsp; transformation to life over the long-term: the builders on the ground, those who embody the&nbsp; values on a day-to-day basis; the facilitators of links and action, who translate the vision into&nbsp; concrete action; the strategic heart, the bearers of the vision and overall coherence.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2018<em>In a quickly changing environment, our success depends on the collaboration, agility and&nbsp; commitment of each and all of our employees. Our mutual commitment is aimed at&nbsp; strengthening our corporate culture, in the service of collective performance, to continue&nbsp; making AGL a model of excellence at the service of the Congo and the entire African continent<\/em>,\u2019&nbsp; says Christophe PUJALTE, Regional Director of AGL Congo\/Angola.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Other actions are already planned in the days and months ahead for enabling all the men&nbsp; and women of AGL Congo to continue contributing to this strong and shared dynamic.
