And it is to Digital Business Invest (DBI) that the Ministry in charge of the Promotion of SMEs, Handicrafts and the Transformation of the Informal Sector has decided to entrust the digitization of its sector of activity.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Digital Business Invest (DBI) is a company based in Tallinn, Estonia. She specializes in the design of tailor-made digital economy models, alternative financing and management of innovative projects, driving the digital transformation of the public and private sectors. It is to this company that the Ivorian Ministry in charge of the Promotion of SMEs, Handicrafts and the Transformation of the Informal Sector has decided to entrust the digitization of its sector of activity.<\/p>\n<p>The collaboration between these two entities was formalized by the signing of an agreement between the State of C\u00f4te d&#8217;Ivoire and DBI. Under the terms of this agreement signed by the Ivorian Minister F\u00e9lix Anoble and Armand Obou, Chairman of the Board of Directors of DBI, the company will be responsible for financing innovation, training entrepreneurs in digital uses and conducting of the digital transformation of the informal sector. The agreement also authorizes the opening of DBI&#8217;s Africa headquarters in C\u00f4te d&#8217;Ivoire.<\/p>\n<p>The second part of this gentlemen&#8217;s agreement concerns the seaside town of San-Pedro (South-West), of which Minister F\u00e9lix Anobl\u00e9 is also the mayor.
