And very often the allocated budgets are below the needs of the populations. To remedy this, an initiative called &#8220;The Most Beautiful Municipality&#8221; was set up and assigned as missions &#8220;the search for solidarity funding, financial advice to local elected officials, lobbying and evaluation of citizens&#8217; initiatives. at the service of the community \u201d.<\/p>\n<p>According to Mariam Ciss\u00e9 Ellogne, president of the \u201cThe most beautiful municipality\u201d committee, the program set up aims to empower people on best practices, as well as to evaluate and reward local citizen initiatives.<\/p>\n<p>To launch its activities, the committee organized a round table on the theme &#8220;UEMOA capital market and financing of communities in the Ivory Coast&#8221;.<\/p>\n<p>The panel led by Louis Speet Am\u00e9d\u00e9e, director general of the National Federation of Industries and Services of C\u00f4te d&#8217;Ivoire, instructed on the funding available to support local communities and the possibility of having recourse to the State guarantee in the framework of the loan in order to strengthen the security mechanism.
