This represents an increase of 11.9%.<\/p>\n<p>According to a press release from the Council of Ministers held today, Lom\u00e9 intends, through this draft amending finance law, &#8220;to continue the efforts already undertaken to deal with the fight and the impact of Covid-19 while continuing the efficient implementation of the various projects of the government roadmap \u201d. This, in a context marked by the resumption of economic activities.<\/p>\n<p>This recovery, says the government, will be mainly driven by counter-cyclical investments in infrastructure and by the increase in agricultural production.<\/p>\n<p>Togo&#8217;s latest projections show growth up to 5.3% in 2021, against 1.8% in 2020.
