Adenia Partners, a private equity fund management company in Africa, announced on Monday, June 21, that it has acquired a majority stake in Herholdt’s, one of South Africa’s leading distributors of low-voltage electrical and solar products. . The amount of the transaction was not disclosed.<\/p>\n

This initiative aims primarily to strengthen the presence of the fund management company in the South African solar market.<\/p>\n
