They are, among others, the Minister of Posts, Telecommunications and the Digital Economy of Guinea, Said Oumar, the Director of the Digital Economy and the Post of ECOWAS, Dr Raphael Koffi, the Vice- Executive Chairman of Huawei Northern Africa, Philippe Wang, and Telecommunications and Information Technologies Commissioner of ECOWAS, Dr Zouli Bonkoungou.
