For the second quarter of 2021, these authorities have expressed the wish to issue 250 billion FCFA against 225 billion FCFA in the first quarter of 2021, an increase of 25 billion FCFA.<\/p>\n<p>The issuer has thus, within this framework, auctioned 50 billion FCFA. Global bids from investors amounted to CFAF 139.550 billion, i.e. a cover rate of the amount put out to tender of 279.10%.<\/p>\n<p>At the end of the auction, the Public Treasury withheld 55 billion FCFA and rejected the remaining 84.550 billion FCFA, ie an absorption rate of 39.41%.<\/p>\n<p>The weighted average yield was 2.94%. For their part, the weighted average rate and the marginal rate were respectively 2.89% and 3.43%.<\/p>\n<p>Treasury bills issued are redeemable on the first working day following the due date of October 10, 2021.
