We are proud to have received Top Employer 2020 certification from Huawei in 13 of our countries of activity in Africa, including 9 countries in the Northern Africa region. This award is recognition of Huawei’s deep and consistent commitment to its teams across the continent. Beyond the well-being of employees, it is the importance and quality of managerial policies that are highlighted today. At Huawei, we believe in each of our employees in Africa, 76% of whom come from the countries where we operate. Because it is important for us to showcase regional talents, we want to continue our policy of creating opportunities for African youth, to give them the desire to settle on the African continent and develop there. their skills. We are convinced that it is the young talents of the young African generation who will decide the future of the continent.<\/p>\n

Africa is full of creativity and know-how that must be highlighted through training<\/strong><\/p>\n

Huawei has been present in Africa for more than twenty years. In Africa, today we have thousands of technical engineers in the Information and Communication Technology sector, who make up more than half of our employees. These talents are at the center of the digital revolution taking hold in Africa. Supporting these talents is crucial in preparing for the fourth industrial revolution on the continent. This is why several training programs have been created to prepare young people to become the talents of tomorrow and to guarantee their autonomy.
