Une initiative pionni\u00e8re permise gr\u00e2ce au partenariat entre cette <\/strong><strong>entreprise qui accompagne les foyers et les micro-entrepreneurs dans leur autonomie \u00e9nerg\u00e9tique et leur digitalisation et Samsung, le g\u00e9ant cor\u00e9en de l\u2019\u00e9lectronique.<\/strong><\/h4>\n<p>C\u2019est une nouvelle \u00e9tape dans la volont\u00e9 de Baobab+ d\u2019\u00e9largir l\u2019acc\u00e8s des Africains aux services num\u00e9riques. Apr\u00e8s la vente de kits solaires selon le syst\u00e8me du \u00ab\u00a0Pay as you go\u00a0\u00bb (paiement progressif) au S\u00e9n\u00e9gal, en C\u00f4te d\u2019Ivoire, au Mali et \u00e0 Madagascar depuis 2015 et la vente de tablettes \u00e0 finalit\u00e9 \u00e9ducative ou professionnelle depuis 2018 selon la m\u00eame facilit\u00e9 de paiement, l\u2019entreprise \u00e0 impact social \u00e9largit son offre \u00e0 la distribution de smartphones. Depuis le 1<sup>er<\/sup> mars, la C\u00f4te d\u2019Ivoire et le S\u00e9n\u00e9gal sont concern\u00e9s par cette initiative via la mise \u00e0 disposition \u00e0 travers son r\u00e9seau de distribution de smartphones\u00a0Samsung\u00a0Galaxy \u00e9quip\u00e9s de la technologie Knox, qui permet un contr\u00f4le \u00e0 distance du produit, le temps que le client finisse de le payer. Un geste fort alors que le taux de p\u00e9n\u00e9tration des smartphones ne d\u00e9passe pas 36% dans la sous-r\u00e9gion, ceux-ci demeurant des produits loin d\u2019\u00eatre accessibles \u00e0 tous.<\/p>\n<p>\u00c0 travers ce partenariat, Baobab+ et Samsung ambitionnent d\u2019en d\u00e9mocratiser l\u2019acquisition en levant le frein du prix gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 un paiement progressif par mobile money, sur une dur\u00e9e de trois \u00e0 six mois. Cette offre sera \u00e9tendue dans un deuxi\u00e8me temps \u00e0 Madagascar, au Mali, au Nigeria et \u00e0 la R\u00e9publique d\u00e9mocratique du Congo (RDC), \u00ab\u00a0<em>avec pour ambition d\u2019\u00e9quiper 100 000 foyers d\u2019ici 2022 dans les six pays o\u00f9 Baobab+ est d\u00e9j\u00e0 implant\u00e9\u00a0<\/em>\u00bb, pr\u00e9cise Alexandre Coster, fondateur et PDG du groupe Baobab+. Pour acqu\u00e9rir leur smartphone, les clients doivent ou devront s\u2019adresser aux boutiques Airtel, MTN ou Orange Money partenaires.<\/p>\n<h4><strong>Simplifier et am\u00e9liorer le quotidien<\/strong><\/h4>\n<p>Depuis sa cr\u00e9ation en 2015, Baobab+ a \u00e9quip\u00e9 220 000 foyers de kits solaires, soit 1,2 million de b\u00e9n\u00e9ficiaires, dont plus de 80% vivant en zones rurales. Sur le volet num\u00e9rique, l\u2019entreprise a d\u00e9j\u00e0 \u00e9quip\u00e9 80 000 foyers en produits digitaux \u00e0 vis\u00e9e \u00e9ducative et professionnelle \u2013 soit 300 000 b\u00e9n\u00e9ficiaires. En tant qu\u2019entreprise sociale, Baobab+ envisage le digital comme un outil permettant de proposer des contenus adapt\u00e9s \u00e0 diff\u00e9rents types de besoins\u00a0: alphab\u00e9tisation, sant\u00e9 ou gestion de petites activit\u00e9s entrepreneuriales, notamment.<\/p>\n<p>Dans cette optique, l\u2019entreprise a commenc\u00e9 \u00e0 mettre en place des partenariats avec des start-up africaines telle qu\u2019Eneza \u00c9ducation, qui a d\u00e9velopp\u00e9 une plateforme de soutien scolaire, <a href=\"https:\/\/prenezlesfeuilles.com\/\">Prenez les feuilles<\/a>. \u00ab\u00a0<em>\u00c0 partir d\u2019avril, nous offrirons un acc\u00e8s \u00e0 cette plateforme pour chaque achat d\u2019un produit digital, nous esp\u00e9rons ainsi aider les jeunes dans leurs \u00e9tudes et leur permettre de lib\u00e9rer tout leur potentiel\u00a0<\/em>\u00bb,pr\u00e9cise Pauline Salan\u00e7on, PDG de Baobab+ C\u00f4te d\u2019Ivoire. Objectif\u00a0: offrir 12 000 acc\u00e8s d\u2019ici la fin de l\u2019ann\u00e9e. Pour soutenir les entrepreneurs au quotidien, Baobab+ leur propose l\u2019acc\u00e8s via ses t\u00e9l\u00e9phones \u00e0 une solution de caisse digitale et de gestion de stock (pilote en cours au S\u00e9n\u00e9gal).
