Vice-president of the Union for the Republic (UPR), party in power, Djindah Mohamed El Moustapha Bal, is a communication specialist, holder of a Master in Communication and Marketing obtained in 2005 at the European Higher Institute of Management (ISEG). His company Butterfly, created in 2005, has an extensive portfolio in the fields of consulting, communication and events.<\/p>\n

The former Minister of Youth and Sports, originally from Ka\u00e9di (the largest city in the South, located 400 km from Nouakchott), was the communications manager of the current president, Mohamed Ould Cheikh Ghazouani during the 2019 presidential elections. of the Women’s Leardship in 2016, awarded by Hokan Africa, Djindah Bal is also a very committed mother to the cause of women and female leadership. In a recent interview with Amina magazine, the branding expert said she does not despair that a woman will one day become President of Mauritania. “I strongly encourage the advanced education of young girls, the only bulwark against all forms of injustice and inequalities based on gender but also the key to their emancipation, and their independence” declares the one who considers that one one of the greatest challenges of his generation is to reduce gender equality. \u201cThe Mauritanian woman is rather emancipated and very free compared to several countries in the Muslim world\u201d.
