At their side, there will be the Premier of Cameroon Joseph Dion Ngute and his counterpart from Gabon Christine Ossuka Raponda. Also present, France represented by its Minister of Foreign Affairs, Jean Yves Le Driant, and La Francophonie through its Secretary General, Louise Mushikiwabo.<\/p>\n<p>The conference, which has as its theme &#8220;De Gaulle and Brazzaville, a history shared between France, Africa and the Congo&#8221;, is part of the celebration of the 80th anniversary of Brazzaville&#8217;s rallying to Free France. Indeed, on October 27, 1940, in reaction to the meeting at Montoire, General Charles de Gaulle launched a Manifesto of Brazzaville, capital of French Equatorial Africa (AEF).
