From now on, Treasury Bonds are open to all financial institutions as well as to interested persons, \u201dannounced a statement from the Ministry of Finance.<br \/>\nA Treasury Bond is a debt instrument issued by the Congolese State and repayable at maturity. The government issues these debt securities through the treasury. When an economic operator or an individual buys a Treasury Bond, he lends money to the State and becomes, in a way, its creditor.<\/p>\n<p>Guaranteed 100% by the issuing government, the Treasury Bond is one of the safest investments in the money market.
