The new subsidiary was created as part of a joint venture between Bollor\u00e9 Transport &amp; Logistics and the Ethiopian company CLS Logistics.\u00a0It is set to offer Ethiopia a wider world of capabilities and solutions to support industry, business growth, and to power greater development in regional logistics.<\/p>\n<p class=\"bodytext\"><em>\u201c<\/em><em>We have been the exclusive agent of Bollor\u00e9 Transport &amp; Logistics in Ethiopia since 2008 and through this partnership we have successfully completed a number of projects. The joint venture will enable us to provide local industry with more infrastructure, technologies and equipment,\u201d\u00a0<\/em>said Teodros Abraham, Founder and CEO of CLS Logistics, who has been appointed as Chairman of the Board of Directors of Bollor\u00e9 Transport &amp; Logistics Ethiopia.<\/p>\n<p class=\"bodytext\">\u201c<em>Bollor\u00e9 Transport &amp; Logistics shares a common vision with Ethiopia. The logistics sector, a pillar of industrial development, needs to be improved.
