This gives a coverage rate of 176.16%.<\/p>\n<p>Finally, the issuer withheld CFAF 27,500 billion and rejected 16,539 billion CFA francs, representing an absorption rate of 62.44%.<\/p>\n<p>The weighted average rate was 4.76% and the marginal rate was 4.80%.
