At the<br \/>\nsame time, he ordered the immediate and unconditional release of the fertilizer cargo<br \/>\nthat had been the subject of the 2018 charges.<br \/>\n<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span class=\"fontstyle0\">The OCP Group welcomes this decision of the Kenyan judiciary, who have acknowledged,<br \/>\nafter a rigorous examination of the evidence and arguments presented by OCP \u2013<br \/>\nincluding test results from international laboratories \u2013 the full and complete conformity<br \/>\nof this fertilizer cargo to Kenyan regulations and standards, thus demonstrating clearly<br \/>\nthat OCP Kenya and its officers had conscientiously respected the quality standards set<br \/>\nby Kenyan authorities.<br \/>\n<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span class=\"fontstyle0\">We particularly note that these fertilizers, adapted to the specific needs of local crops<br \/>\nand soils, were developed in partnership with Kenyan laboratories and research<br \/>\ninstitutes, for the benefit of Kenyan farmers.<br \/>\n<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span class=\"fontstyle0\">This exoneration serves to reaffirm the OCP Group\u2019s rigorous quality control and<br \/>\nrespect for national and international regulations and quality standards, as well as its<br \/>\nstrong commitment to reasoned fertilization in service of sustainable agriculture.<\/span><\/p>\n<div class=\"pdfprnt-buttons pdfprnt-buttons-post pdfprnt-top-bottom-left\"><\/div>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>The Director of Public Prosecutions announced today that the charges leveled against OCP Kenya and its officers on June 22, 2018 have been lifted, in the context of a procedure designed to erase the unfounded allegations directed against them.
