It will also have to increase the rate of access to drinking water from 25 to 85% in rural areas and from 45 to 95% in urban areas.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;There is a need for drinking water; this is why the government has made a firm commitment to rehabilitate 150 km of pipelines in drinking water, and with a construction of 150 new ones.
