This closing allows IPAE 2 to be part of the same dynamic as IPAE 1, which has invested in 29 companies African.<\/p>\n<p>The fund headed by Jean Michel Severino plans to reach the target size of the IPAE 2 program (80 to 90 million euros) by the end of 2019 to complete a third and final closing.
