Congo Business Network is planning its third online event on Saturday, December 15, 2018 on Cisco WebEx. Noel K. Tshiani, president of Agere Global, took the initiative to organize this event on the theme: Entrepreneur from the diaspora: How do you register a company in Congo?<\/p>\n

Confirmation of participation will take place through LinkedIn Events, where nearly 300 people have already confirmed their willingness to participate in this highly anticipated event by entrepreneurs from the diaspora, especially in America and Europe.<\/p>\n

There are nearly 400,000 Congolese in these two continents, according to the latest available statistics from the Canadian and United States governments and estimates from European countries, including France and Belgium.<\/p>\n

Junior Luyindula, president of Avocats.cd is invited to give entrepreneurs information by live video from Kinshasa on the legal side of business registration in Congo. And Glody Pwema, president of GP Axilium will step in to talk about what entrepreneurs need to know about the tax system in order to succeed in business in their home country. Speakers will answer participants’ questions from 18:00 to 19:30 Kinshasa time.<\/p>\n

Avocats.cd is a company that facilitates access to legal services in the Democratic Republic of Congo through digital technology. This company launched a flagship platform in 2018 for online and SMS introductions between clients and Congolese lawyers.<\/p>\n

The current offer from Avocats.cd is an online system that allows clients to get introduced to lawyers and will soon be available through a mobile application. The service consists of referencing lawyers’ profiles so that users can access and request consultations, ask free and anonymous questions to lawyers and download legal documents such as letters and contracts.<\/p>\n

GP Auxilium is a consulting company that focuses on taxation, accounting and payroll management. It supports companies and startups to better structure their operations by setting up a tax, accounting and administrative system adapted to their specific realities.<\/p>\n

For Congo Business Network, online events have three specific objectives: connect the diaspora to professionals and entrepreneurs in Congo, share knowledge and expertise in a sector of economic activity, and create opportunities for networking in time real among participants by video through Cisco WebEx.<\/p>\n

This online event is organized with LinkedIn Events, a new digital system for organizing professional events. And Congo Business Network has received exclusive access to this innovative technology despite the fact that accessibility is so far limited to very few professionals and entrepreneurs in San Francisco and New York.<\/p>\n
