This envelope is twice what the institution promised in 2016-2020<\/p>\n<p>The World Bank says it will provide $ 100 billion in direct financing, with the rest coming from two agencies in the group for one-third and two-thirds of private financing.<\/p>\n<p>These resources will certainly be devoted to the development of renewable energies, but they will put a particular emphasis on combating the effects of climate change (droughts, floods, etc.) that impact the lives of hundreds of millions of people in the countries of the South.
