He also tried, the next morning, to join the civil and military authorities to obtain their comment on these testimonies. The authorities concerned did not respond to his repeated calls and messages.<\/p>\n<p>Radio France Internationale is surprised by the notice issued by the High Authority for Communication asking it to grant a right of reply to the Ministry of Defense, this reaction having been solicited by Mouctar Bah throughout the day of 8 November. The Parisian editorial of RFI ended up getting, Monday, November 12, the agreement of the regional director of the police of Conakry, also spokesperson of the ministry of the security and the civil protection, to react to this affair.
