In particular, Guinea implemented five reforms included in the Doing Business 2019 report. Reforms include business start-ups, building permits, transfer of ownership, cross-border trade and the execution of contracts.<\/p>\n<p>As a reminder, the country had set up, in 2017, a Private Investment Promotion Agency (APIP) to facilitate the creation of business registration.
