CRCCI will continue to accompany the new winning group.<br \/>\nThe work will begin November 1, 2018 and will be delivered on May 30, 2022.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Bank of Africa Tower&#8221; will be the highest tower in Morocco and Africa, culminating at 250 meters in height. This realization will integrate the category of the very high skyscrapers, and will count 55 floors, hosting a luxury hotel, offices of prestige and apartments of very high standing; there is also an observatory at the top of the tower.<\/p>\n<p>The book, designed by architects Rafael de la Hoz and Hakim Benjelloun, will be certified LEED Gold and HQE and will therefore comply with the highest international standards for high environmental quality. In the same way, the innovations brought by the BESIX Engineering Department guarantee a work at the forefront of contemporary techniques in the field of construction.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Bank of Africa Tower&#8221; will be the culmination and iconic of the new development sequence of the Bouregreg Valley, one of the main components of the program &#8220;Rabat City Light, Moroccan Capital of Culture&#8221; which provides for the realization of major structuring urban projects, including the Grand Theater of Rabat, the House of Arts and Culture, &#8230;<\/p>\n<p>Othman Benjelloun: &#8220;I have every confidence in the ability of the new Group and especially in the expertise and know-how of BESIX to build our Tour.
