It will strengthen the actions of the government for &#8220;the structural transformation of the economy&#8221; and &#8220;the improvement of the living conditions of the people,&#8221; said Minister Sidi Ti\u00e9moko Toure at the end of the Council of Ministers of this Wednesday.
